1. Meet

With Teams, users can engage in virtual meetings with ease. They can share their screen to showcase presentations, documents, or applications, ensuring everyone is on the same page. Additionally, Teams allows users to customize their background, change or blur it to maintain privacy or professionalism. The innovative Together Mode creates a shared virtual space, making participants feel as if they are in the same physical location.

2. Call

Teams enables users to make and receive calls directly within the platform. It provides advanced calling features, such as group calling, facilitating productive conversations among team members. Voicemail and call transfer functionalities offer additional flexibility and convenience when managing incoming calls. There is also Microsoft Teams Phone which can make and receive calls to and from landlines and mobile phones on the PSTN.

3. Collaborate

Collaboration becomes seamless with Teams. Users can easily discover, share, and edit files in real time. Popular applications like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are integrated within Teams, allowing teams to work together on documents, presentations, and spreadsheets simultaneously. This real-time collaboration fosters efficiency and promotes effective teamwork.

4. Chat

The chat functionality in Teams offers a platform for both one-to-one and group conversations. Users can express themselves by sending GIFs, stickers, and emojis, injecting personality and fostering a vibrant communication environment.
