2. Customer minute usage is capped at SGD 1000/mth to protect against fraud

4. 8 by 5 by Next Business Day On-site Support, excluding replacement with distributor or supplier
5. Support Demarcation up to Fibre Modem (ONT)
Additional Charges
1. Customers are required to pay OTC of SGD 250 per relocation of Non-Dedicated SIP Trunk
2. Customers are required to pay OTC of SGD 750 per relocation of Dedicated SIP Trunk

1. Billing cycle is per calendar month and usage charge is by per minute block
2. All prices listed above are exclusive of 7% GST (Goods & Services Tax)
