What’s included in my Acrobat subscription?
Your subscription to Acrobat includes desktop software, online access and mobile apps, letting you effortlessly sync files across computers and devices.
- Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard desktop software: Use Acrobat tools on your desktop, including advanced convert, edit and protect features. You can also integrate Acrobat with other productivity tools or work off-line.
- Acrobat online: Use PDF and e-signature tools in any web browser. Our prebuilt integrations for Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive and more make it easy to store and share files online. You can even send documents for e-signature and track responses in real time.

What updates were made to Acrobat Pro?
We’ve added a wide variety of e-signature tools that enable you to send agreements in bulk for signature, collect payments with Braintree, where available, add branding to agreements, among many others. Acrobat Pro now combines extensive PDF and e-signature tools, all in one app, allowing you to complete tasks easily and efficiently so you save time.
What’s the difference between the Individual and Team subscriptions?
An Individual subscription is a single licence meant for use by one user. A Team subscription allows an organisation to purchase more than one license and manage those licence(s) among users in an Admin Console.
How does a subscription work?
When you subscribe to Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard, you pay a monthly or annual fee based on the plan you choose. Regular updates will ensure your product is the current release of Acrobat. You will not need to upgrade your product as long as you keep your subscription current.
Is there a perpetual version of Acrobat available?
No. Adobe has discontinued selling perpetual versions of Acrobat after Acrobat 2020. However, if you would like a non-subscription version of Acrobat, Acrobat Classic desktop software provides three years of paid access to Acrobat desktop and is available as a one-time, upfront purchase. It includes quarterly security updates but does not include Acrobat feature enhancements or access to premium Acrobat online services via your web browser and mobile devices.
