In 2019, we signed the agreement to support the team at SMK REAL Informatika Batam and commit to provide the refurnished PC in the middle 2020. Unfortunately, COVID strikes and we were unable to fulfill.

However, in March 2021, we collect and managed to send the refurbished Used PC with LCD to SMK REAL Informatika Batam (Indonesia). Now, the students can use better machines in schools. The school can conduct better course and training program to help the student to equip themselves with better skills.

For the past 4 years, we were looking everywhere in Singapore. We have seen over 50 offices. We wanted to find a place that

• Fully or Partially furnished

• Freehold
• Relatively New Building
• Must look more commercial and less industrial
• Good MCST Team
• High proximity to MRT station (less than 200m) , good eating places, banks and shopping centre
• Centrally located in Singapore
• Equipped with BBQ, Gym and Swimming pool
• Ample carparks space for tenants and visitors
• Ample bicycle lots
• About 2000-2500 square feet.

With that tall order, we found M38. In the midst of the pandemic, we planned and exccuted the move in June/July 2021. Finally, we have owned our 1st office in Singapore. Ironically, we owned our Malaysian office in Johor Bahru before our Singapore Office.

Working During A Pandemic? More Singaporeans are back to work at their workplaces. So how are employers ensuring that their staff stay safe and comfortable at the workplace? And what are employees doing to adapt, especially in jobs where interaction is key, and mask-wearing not an option? This episode is about how business cope going back to the office workplace. Some people are struggling to work in the office and some are still working from home. I was invited to show how ActivTrak, the work productivity tracking software work and how it can impact the office staff working from home. This software can help business owners to assess whether the person is suitable to work at home. From our experience talking to business owners, they shared with me that some people do not possess the discipline to work independently at home and some people tend to overwork and suffered from “stress burnout” working from home. The software can identify these issue early and business owners can address the issue swiftly.

ONE Championship founder Chatri Sityodtong was the guest speaker at the third Cutting Edge forum held on July 25. The 48-year-old Harvard graduate, who has over 30 fights under his belt, mashed both interests and founded ONE Championship in 2011, a Singapore-based mixed martial arts organisation.

Win-Pro Events collaborated with Microsoft to present Microsoft Teams capabilities.
